Video Editor/Social Media Content Creator

Bayer Creative Imaging is a commercial and real estate marketing agency, specializing in photography and video for the real estate market as well as small businesses and various organizations in the Fox Cities area (Appleton, Neenah, Menasha and surrounding). We produce photos, videos, virtual tours and social Media Content that help put our local businesses in the limelight and drive attention to the various organizations that benefit our community.

We are looking for a new team member to join us on a part-time basis to help edit, shoot and produce various video and social media projects in and around the Fox Valley. This person should have experience in creating eye catching social Media Content and understand basic video editing and photography concepts. The ideal teammate will bring fresh ideas and a consistent ability to meet deadlines. Most duties are able to be done on a 'work from home' basis, with occasional in person meetings and regular communication.

The primary job duties are:

• video editing (Davinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or otherwise)
• social media post/reel/story creation and design (primarily for Instagram)
• video camera operation

Other areas we may need less frequently:

• graphic design
• photo editing

Desired Experience & Knowledge

• Experience using Davinci Resolve or Premiere Pro
• Intermediate level social Media Content creation
• Intermediate familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google advertising
• Basic coloring and color correction
• audio editing basics to accompany video

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, be outgoing, have a professional and creative mindset, and be driven to always improve their skills and talents. This would be a good role for a current freelancer or person looking to add additional work to their already existing schedule.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 20 per week

• Social Media Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
• Video editing: 2 years (Preferred)
