Milestone Property Management has an available full-time position for Vice President of Property Operations/Washington (VP). A great growth opportunity for those with at least 3 to 5 solid years of experience as a District Manager in Washington. The VP reports to the President and CEO and will oversee a portfolio of multifamily assets primarily in SW Washington, as well as the Portland Metro area to ensure optimal financial performance and resident satisfaction and play an integral part in sales/new acquisitions.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational goals and objectives, including financial performance of a portfolio of multifamily properties to maximize NOI, mitigate risk and enhance the customer experience.
- Oversee and spearhead sales/acquisitions of additional communities to the portfolio in keeping in line with the company-s goals and objectives.
- Design and implementation of leasing and marketing strategies in the SW Washington market; experience must be recent.
- Oversee non-site managed properties and build, lead and guide a team of on-site Community Managers and their direct reports while fostering an environment of growth and development.
- Meet overall business goals and objectives for the assigned portfolio.
- Serve as the marketing expert for the assigned area and proactively build and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and be a leader in the Washington market.
- Build and maintain relationships with Owners, investors and third-party owners.
- Manage communications between senior leadership, owners, investors, and third-party ownership including but not limited to preparing and presenting reports.
- Have an all-hands-on deck approach and be available for urgent or immediate matters including but not limited to managing the day-to-day operations at properties if needed.
- Oversee and assist in recruiting on-site staff for each property with assistance from Regional and Community Managers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years- experience having full oversight of a portfolio of multifamily assets and leading property management and leasing teams; have progressively responsible experience in the property management field.
- Extensive experience with budgeting processes, including identifying expenses to maintain Property Operations, planning and monitoring spend.
- Working knowledge of all required laws and regulations regarding property management and multifamily buildings in Washington and knowledge of Washington landlord/tenant law.
- Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
- Must have drivers license, valid insurance and be willing to travel between sites.
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
