VP of Title Closing Operations
- Manage all Title Closing Operations including Centralized and Outsourced Title Partner performance.
- Hire, develop and retain employees.
- Oversee the Closing Operations for the timely, accurate, and service-oriented delivery of closing products.
- Work with new clients to develop processes and procedures with the goal of exceeding the service level identified by the client
- Identifies, researches, and implement automation and process improvement opportunities, including system development builds.
- Provide management reports on a scheduled basis capturing key performance measures to minimally include: turnaround times, volume, capacity/productivity, and quality closing.
- Inform executive management of situations or problems that could adversely affect customer service or the company's standing with closing customers.
- Responsible for Business Unit P&L.
- Responsible for review and response to RFP's and new client integration, including staffing and revenue/expense projections.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and title underwriter requirements.
- Collaborate with internal transition teams to ensure new accounts are boarded seamlessly.
- Maintain existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities focusing on business growth.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or extensive title/settlement business experience (5-10 years) of relevant work experience, including in managerial or supervisory roles.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Thorough knowledge of the real estate process for both title and escrow including closing and post-closing requirements, while interacting with realtors, buyers, sellers and attorneys
- Retail closings and multi-state experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $138,558.00 - $152,460.00 per year
