As the Head of Talent Development & Belonging, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an end-to-end enterprise learning and development experience strategy for Expedia Group by providing thought leadership and expert guidance based on leading practices and innovative trends. You will also be expected to integrate inclusion and belonging through all Talent Development programs and experiences.
This is a critical, highly visible role with a focus on architecting and driving the future talent and culture for Expedia Group.
What you’ll do:
Lead the global, enterprise Talent Development strategy, including core and functional capabilities.
Lead Learning experience design & delivery, including compliance learning for the company.
Advance the overall Talent strategy from onboarding to capability development and Inclusion & Diversity programs.
Develop the strategy & implementation approach for business skills that are common and core.
Build strategy for and execute inclusion learning and development programs (e.g., Ally skills, women sponsorship, Underrepresented Identities leadership program, etc.).
Provide support for culture/transformational change, Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives.
Design, build and strengthen Leadership Development programs, including those that support successor readiness.
Who you are:
Demonstrable experience articulating a vision and translating it into an executable strategy, leading the Enterprise Learning agenda.
A track record for providing thought leadership and expert guidance based on leading practices and innovative trends in Talent Development and Inclusion & Diversity.
You think holistically and strategically, considering the interconnectedness of various factors, and Experience leading inclusion learning and/or career programs and strategies.
Knowledge of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging practices, how to mitigate bias in talent processes, and how to build equitable career experiences.
Large scale program management ability to drive solutions across a global organization with multiple functional stakeholders.
The total cash range for this position in Austin / Chicago / New York / Seattle is $296,000 to $415,000. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $474,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
