Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective sales campaigns.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including project management, installation, and customer service.
- Continuously improve operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the operations team.
Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget for sales and operations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve margins.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan.
- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and emerging trends in the HVAC industry.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales and operational performance to the CEO and board of directors.
Team Development:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales and operations team.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and accountability.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in HVAC sales and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and project management software.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and industry trends.
- Financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Experience working in a customer-centric environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
