Location

The candidate will work in a remote capacity, with travel up to 30%. The company may change work location as it deems necessary.

Job Description:

Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Professional Services division, aligning it with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of Professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery methodologies, tools, and processes.

Engage with Clients at all levels required to address risks, scope and delivery commitments.

Collaborate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and ensure successful project scoping and delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point for any project-related issues or concerns.

Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any areas for improvement.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of software implementation and consulting projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Define project methodologies, best practices, and standards, promoting consistent and efficient project execution across the team.

Conduct regular project reviews and provide guidance and support to project managers to address risks, resolve issues, and optimize resource allocation.

Recruit, hire, and develop top talent for the Professional Services division, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting career growth opportunities.

Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing performance evaluations to team members, fostering their professional development and ensuring their success.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or strong understanding of the PMP and agile methodologies
• Experience implementing enterprise level software solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration) is required. An advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in a leadership role within a mid-size consulting organization in the software industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, with a track record of successfully delivering complex software implementation projects over $5 Million in services.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, executives, and internal stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align Professional Services initiatives with broader company goals.
