We are looking for aVice President of People responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Talent Management – Lead the PC & PD Teams with continuous improvement efforts with a focus on delivering exceptional PC programs and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition strategies, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), Employee Relations, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, and Leave Management to achieve top notch performance and health throughout the credit union.
- Talent Development – Partners with all levels of leadership to drive people development programs and initiatives that will develop talent to ensure confidence in delivering the member experience and to establish our people as the competitive advantage. Cultivate a learning culture that develops and facilitates a Leadership System, that includes leadership onboarding, development through competency modeling, career, and succession planning to build continuity in how leaders serve employees and members and solidify a strong bench to achieve corporate goals.
- Payroll, Total Rewards, and Retirement Administration – Lead all compensation, benefits, and wellness functions to ensure all total rewards systems and programs support corporate missions, goals, and strategic objectives. Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of the Total Rewards program, including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives and other rewards and perquisites. Analyzes current rewards programs and policies to ensure they align with business strategy and optimize the ability to attract and retain top talent.
- Bachelor's degree obtained through a formal 4-year program at an accredited educational facility in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive Senior Leadership experience with emphasis on Human Resources, Talent Development, and Change Management experience is required. Financial services or retail experience preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with employees and members both orally and in writing.
- Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and collaborative tools (Teams and Zoom).
- Must demonstrate functional knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act in addition to other Federal laws, including but not limited to: U.S. Patriot Act, Office of Foreign Assets & Control, Anti-Money Laundering, Right to Financial Privacy Act, and the Bank Bribery Act.
