As a Digital Learning Development Manager in Learn CXP Digital Development, you will work alongside a team of leaders, talented artists, developers, and designers, and will enjoy the support of a company whose culture is focused on making learning fun.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of creative developers, monitoring and ensuring a constant pipeline of quality, high-fidelity assets are designed, developed, tested and implemented in a highly iterative, agile-focused environment.
  • Monitor project deliverables and timelines, providing constructive feedback and guidance to direct reports on all aspects of learning projects including analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, usability, etc.
  • Review developers' work for use of effective design principles, appropriate use of adult learning theory, effectiveness at addressing the uncovered need/gap, etc.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with learning leaders, learning partners, business SMEs and other stakeholders in the organization.
  • Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of aligned line of business (LOB)/functional group objectives, priorities, challenges, key stakeholders, job roles, environment, culture, etc.
  • Design learning strategy and solution architecture in partnership with cross-functional team members to drive employee behavior change and make a measurable business impact.
  • Present architecture/design strategy to relevant stakeholders including clients, learning partners, business subject matter experts (SMEs), etc.
  • Evaluate the quality of content supplied by learning partners ensuring content is suitable for Content Experience Platform (CXP) Digital Production Management team to produce high quality/high fidelity assets.
  • Collaborate with peers to evaluate incoming client learning requests for alignment with business objectives and learning intervention suitability, recommending non-learning interventions as appropriate.
  • Participate in the evaluation and engagement of external vendor partnerships to assess specific learning solutions and implement as appropriate.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in learning and development, educational technology, graphic design, or similar degree
  • 10+ years of experience in human performance improvement or learning and development fields
  • 10+ years of client relationship management experience with demonstrated consultation and negotiation skills
  • Broad knowledge of learning interventions including blended learning, digital solutions, VILT, and social collaboration/learning
  • Strong project management, analytical, and evaluation skills
  • Track record of successfully applying active listening and consultative skills to meet business learning needs
  • Willingness to propose innovative learning solutions where appropriate
  • Commitment to proposing solutions that minimize risk and maximize quality

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with Digital Learning development and graphic design software
  • Experience with learning accessibility, ADA, WCAG
