Your Role:
As our Vice President of Operations, you'll be at the helm of innovation, overseeing a diverse portfolio of accounts and leading a team of 12-15 talented individuals across 5-8 sites. Your mission? To nurture existing partnerships, cultivate top-tier talent, and unlock new business opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in managing high-volume clients across diverse locations.- Prior success in the university industry or similar contracted services.
- A background in union account management.
- Financial savvy with a strong P&L track record.
- Proven ability to lead multiple locations or business segments.
- A talent for building bridges both internally and externally.
- A knack for crafting client relationships that go beyond expectations.

While the budgeted range for the position is posted, Sodexo salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education and training.
Qualifications & Requirements: Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 10 years
Basic Functional Experience - 10 years of multi-unit, support, or strategic leadership experience
