HHM Hotels is seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee a portfolio of full-service hotels that operate with a high degree of complexity with properties located in top U.S. markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel operations at the executive level, and a deep understanding of branded, luxury, and upper-upscale segments. The Vice President of Operations will be based out of the HHM Hotels Philadelphia corporate office and will play a crucial role in ensuring the continued success and growth of our hotel portfolio. Your Growth Path Senior Vice President of Operations - Executive Vice President of Operations Responsibilities: Your Focuses Portfolio Leadership • Directly oversee and provide strategic direction to a diverse portfolio of full-service, luxury, and upper-upscale hotels • Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of General Managers, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability • Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance • Act as the liaison with the owners of the properties by establishing and maintaining effective relationships • Participate in corporate meetings, sales trips, and assignments that may require travel Financial & Operational Excellence • Ensure that each hotel consistently delivers the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost management, revenue optimization, and strategic planning • Oversee the development of and revision of hotels’ business plans and annual budgets • Collaborate with property and executive leadership to develop and execute long-term strategies that align with company objectives and drive sustainable growth Employee Development • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization Qualifications: Your Background and Skills • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred) • 5+ as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a full-service hotel or luxury setting • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with a strong understanding of luxury and upper upscale hotel markets • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
