Salary**Resident Assistant** **Responsibilities:** - Provide assistance and support to residents in an assisted living facility - Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Administer medication according to prescribed schedules - Monitor and document changes in residents' physical and mental health - Assist with behavior management and provide emotional support to residents - Plan and facilitate social activities and outings for residents - Prepare meals and ensure dietary needs are met - Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents **Requirements:** - Previous experience in senior care or a related field preferred - Knowledge of dementia care and behavior management techniques - Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to work well in a team environment - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
