As the Vice President of Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, spearheading campaigns that showcase our strengths and differentiate us from the competition. From concept to execution, you'll leverage your creative expertise to develop compelling marketing strategies that resonate with our target market and drive business growth.
JOB SUMMARY:
Dynamic and experienced marketing leader responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business objectives. Develops and supervises property-level marketing programs and activities while ensuring that properties are following the plans rolled out.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Marketing
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our properties across various channels, including digital, traditional, and social media.
- Oversees the creation of Marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and advertisements, to showcase our properties and services to prospective tenants and partners.
- Works closely with outside agencies in developing all marketing campaigns.
- Gives direct supervision to the marketing team and ensures marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Routinely reviews marketing campaigns/resources with property teams to identify weak areas and propose solutions to improve occupancy and areas for additional revenue/income.
- Oversees the reputation management function across all internet media outlets. Must ensure high ratings and reviews against set benchmark for each location.
- Maintains all social media presence in-house or via agency (yelp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Designs new leasing approach (how do we train sales staff) and meets customer expectations.
- Develops KPI's, tracks and measures the performance of Marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Conducts market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the industry and uses insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Stays abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and recommends innovative approaches to enhance our competitive advantage.
- Creates business workflow in marketing focused on technology and customer experience.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Communications
- Coordinates internal communication protocols to drive positive culture and motivation of all company personnel.
- Provides corporate level strategies to ensure strong organizational communication from partner and executive-level leaders to staff level personnel.
- Works with property management teams to develop strong communication protocols with residents to further build a sense of community.
- Participates in the new branding initiative and is a brand ambassador upon rollout, including public speaking engagements, panels, etc.
- Manages the company's brand identity and reputation, ensuring consistency and coherence across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree required. Masters a plus.
- Over 8 years of experience in marketing management in multifamily/hospitality industry preferred.
- Good knowledge of all social media platforms and able to use them effectively.
- Demonstrated creative ability to evaluate advertising and promotional programs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to develop an enthusiastic marketing staff.
- Strategic thinking and a positive attitude are required.
- Proven Leadership capability a must.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Creative Suite.
