We seek a Vice President of Life Sales who is a proven sales leader in the Life product space.
Role and Responsibilities:

• Extensive life insurance distribution experience and team management

• Leadership of the team with effective communication and management skills

• Ability to leverage sales data and analytics to make informed decisions with a track record of leading sales teams with proven sales results

• Capable of building and Maintaining Relationships with sales team and distribution partners.

• Must show a strong understanding of the use/value of Life insurance in a financial plan

• Possession of motivational skills and the ability to inspire sales team for sales results

• Resilience and adaptability is critical

• Results driven mindset

• Ability to create a positive and collaborative work culture

Requirements:

• 2+ years' Experience in leading sales teams that wholesale insurance products.

• Preferred but not necessary: Life Licensed, Professional Life Designations, NASD Series 6 or 7; Series 63, 24, and 65.
