Job Description
- Overall management of the category offering including oversight of a team of employees and subcontractors
- Organization, planning and management of complex client projects
- Establishing baselines for our clients against which we will be measured moving forward
- Identifying savings opportunities and recommending strategies to implement those savings to our clients
- Negotiating contracts with Facilities Management Services vendors on behalf of our clients
- Establishing auditing best practices to ensure contract compliance within the category
- Recommending optimization opportunities to clients to provide additional savings beyond the initial contract negotiation
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction and assisting in extending and expanding client agreements
- Establishing best practices within the category for future team members to follow
- Partnering with Fine Tune Sales & Marketing teams to assist in new client acquisition activities
- Occasional participation in category awareness campaigns and participation in industry events (virtual and in person) to help category growth
- Extensive Facilities Management Services industry leadership experience (10+ years minimum). Ideal candidates will have spent at least a portion of their career in executive roles with integrated Facilities Management providers
- Experience in service, revenue-generation, and management positions
- A true industry leader with a mastery of Facilities Management providers’ inner workings and the North American Facilities Management industry landscape
- Entrepreneurial spirit and determination to grow this new category for Fine Tune
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work remotely in a space free from distractions
