Position Overview:
Legal Soft is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team. The VP of Business Development will be responsible for driving business growth by developing and implementing strategic Business Development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and present proposals and presentations to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and Business Development activities.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in Business Development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
