Job overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Investor Relations to lead and manage our Investor Relations program. This role will be critical in communicating the company's strategy, growth prospects, and financial performance to investors and analysts.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage a strategic Investor Relations plan
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders
  • Communicate the company's financial results, strategic direction, and product developments to the investment community
  • Organize and participate in investor conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings
  • Collaborate with the executive team to ensure alignment between company strategy and investor communication
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor actions, and market conditions
  • Prepare and review external communications, including press releases, investor presentations, and annual reports
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to investor communications and disclosures

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the digital healthcare or healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statements and Investor Relations metrics
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:
California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $249,600 - $312,000*, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $224,640 - $280,800*. Other states may vary.
This role is also eligible for participation in annual cash bonus and equity grants.
*The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
