We are currently seeking a dynamic, externally facing individual with very strong industry relationships to join the Retirement Strategies business as Vice President of Growth Initiatives. This team and individual will be focused on delivering retirement income in brand new ways. This role will focus primarily on the retail wealth management space, with the goal of equipping wealth managers to protect outcomes on their own platforms. This individual will be responsible for managing sub-advisor relationships within Growth Initiatives, establishing and maintaining relationships with industry partners and firms, bringing opportunities into the firm and co-creating solutions in market. In this position you will have to leverage strong internal relationships across Retirement Strategies and Prudential to drive implementation and delivery of initiatives.
The current EWA for this position is Fully Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.
What you can expect:
Equip wealth managers to protect outcomes on their own platforms, generating meaningful sales

  • Co-create products and experiences with wealth management firms
  • Enable wealth managers to digitally purchase and manage our products as easily as unprotected investments
  • Partner/invest in fin-techs whose decumulation capabilities broaden access to retirement security
What you'll need:
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Series 6 (or ability to obtain within 150 days)
  • Experience with executive-level interaction
  • Strong industry relationships across broker dealers, asset managers and other partners A leader who is relational, innovative, relentless, and has a proven track record of results and execution.
  • Relevant licenses
