Role
We are seeking a seasoned and highly motivated marketing professional for the role of Vice President of Global Marketing. The successful candidate will not only execute in the trenches, but also provide strategic insights and recommendations to our Senior Leadership team. This position will help shape and coordinate SAI's global sales and marketing efforts working in conjunction with existing BD teams in the US, EU and Asia. Location is remote with expected travel to Reading office as needed.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and implement strategic communication and client engagement programs across SAI's portfolio of service offerings.
- Direct and coordinate client targeting, prospecting and outreach efforts for current BD team (account and therapy area mapping, precision outreach messaging, CRM system optimization, etc.)
- Prioritize and plan effective leveraging of venues and communication channels for building/maintaining SAI's brand and visibility/exposure with potential clients.
- Responsible for spearheading brand strategy for SAI and its portfolio of companies, liaising closely with both Senior Leadership and Creative Services to develop and execute vision.
- Oversee the efforts of the Creative Services team in developing and updating all marketing materials/collateral, including pitch decks, websites, social media platforms and others.
- Coordinate ongoing thought leadership campaigns leveraging therapeutic and subject matter experts within SAI's global organization.
- Provide input to Senior Leadership Team to support strategic decisions regarding offering new developments, partnership opportunities, acquisitions, etc.
Reporting line:
The position will report directly to the CEO of SAI and will manage a team of engagement professionals and creative services teams.
