Vice President Asset Management

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management for a non-profit organization in Fort Worth, TX. As the VP of Asset Management, you will be responsible for managing a team seven asset managers and facilities coordinators as well as maintaining relationships with various property managers to ensure the maintenance of over 30 properties around Fort Worth. Qualified candidates will have their Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, have a strong understanding of Asset Management and HUD regulations, and have strong leadership skills. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable non-profit in a crucial role to supporting their mission of providing affordable housing to the community.

Requirements for the VP of Asset Management:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• 5+ years of Asset Management experience in multifamily, public housing, or quasi-government industries
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship building skills

Compensation for the VP of Asset Management:

• Direct Hire
• Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm. Fridays or additional hours are on an as-needed basis!
• Location: Hybrid - Fort Worth and WFH
• Pay:  $150-160K/year (+/- based on experience)
