Veterinary Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
- Process payments and handle financial transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
Skills:
- Knowledge of animal husbandry practices and principles
- Ability to provide basic animal care, including feeding, grooming, and administering medications
