```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Provide basic information about veterinary services and answer general inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and appointment scheduling software
Skills:
- Dog handling: Ability to handle dogs safely and confidently during check-in, check-out, and other interactions.
- Veterinary critical care: Understanding of emergency procedures and protocols for phone triage.
