Veterinary Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced veterinary clinic. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and a passion for working with animals.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and maintain the clinic's appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Maintain accurate client records in the practice management system
- Provide general information about pet care, grooming, and nutrition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal-related field preferred
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of animal care and husbandry practices

Availability:

-Must be available evenings (until 630pm)

-4 day/evening work week plus alternating Saturday mornings

-Over time may occur

-No late nights or major holidays
