**Responsibilities:**
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Learn and follow safety protocols and procedures.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
**Requirements:**
- Willingness to learn and train in HVAC techniques and procedures.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying work hours.
- Reliable transportation for commuting work.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment and working in different weather conditions.
- Previous experience in HVAC or related field is a plus but not required.
