Veterinary Receptionist

Winnetka Animal Hospital is seeking an articulate and effective communicator who is motivated to provide best in class client care to join our reception area team.

Our newest team member will need to effectively promote our gold standard of personalized veterinary medicine in a thriving and busy environment. Responsibilities include: managing multiple phone lines, scheduling and confirming appointments, effectively and carefully communicating with clients as well as doctors and staff, processing payments, and offering emotional support to clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.

General computer skills necessary. Pleasant and professional communication skills a must.

Experience: 1+ year’s customer service or reception preferred

Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM. Alternating Wednesday/Saturday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM.
