```Duties:```
- Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries or concerns
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, including medical history and treatments
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
- Proficiency in animal handling techniques, including dog handling
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Please note that equine experience, pet grooming, and dog training are not required but would be considered an asset.
