SalaryGrowing small animal hospital in Phoenixville/Valley Forge area is searching for a Veterinary receptionist with exceptional people skills and a passion for helping animals and people.
Experience in the Veterinary field preferred but may consider training the right candidate that has prior experience working with animals in a related career field. The successful candidate will possess adept people skills and thrive on heavy client service contact.
This position requires a flexible schedule, including evening, Saturday and occasional morning shifts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Computerized scheduling/appointment confirmations/record keeping
- Patient check in/check out
- Provide excellent client service
- Fill prescriptions/orders
- Prepare charts for appointments/procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
