SalaryWe are seeking an part-time Veterinary Receptionist to add to our dedicated team. We are a full service, small animal hospital that focuses on excellent customer service. An ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience processing transactions; closing of drawer/running end of day
- Experience handling multiple phone calls simultaneously
- Computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and Idexx Cornerstone a bonus
- Knowledge of basic pet needs including routine care, vaccinations, preventatives, etc
- Appointment scheduling
- Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced setting
The schedule for this position is two open-to-close shifts (7:30am - 6:30pm) during the week and 8am-1pm on Saturdays. The total number of hours expected for this position is 25 hours per week.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
