Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 7:30-4:00. We close for lunch from 12:00-1:00.
• Weekdays only.
• Closed on weekends and major holidays.
• Potential for remote work after 90 day period and completion of phased training program.

Requirements:

• Ability to multitask.
• Greet and assist clients with warmth and empathy.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with clients.
• Manage phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information.
• Maintain electronic records and assist with administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with our veterinary team to ensure smooth operations.
• 1 year of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• May be exposed to unpleasant odors, noises, bites, scratches, and contagious diseases.
• Take physical safety precautions for exposure to drugs, anesthesia and fractious pets.
• Physical activities include bending, standing, stooping, kneeling and sitting. May be required to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time. Will use hands to manipulate, handle, type or feel. Will reach with hands and arms.
