Veterinary Customer Service Representative

We are a privately owned small animal veterinary practice providing state of the art veterinary services to include general medicine and surgery with a holistic philosophy (acupuncture, herbal and nutritional therapy, and physical therapy). We are growing fast and would love to see you grow with us. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, full or part-time person with a desire to provide superior Customer Service as well as develop the business so that we can support superior patient care. We are devoted to developing your passion for veterinary medicine as you fulfill your desire to help animals in a work culture that wants you to love your job. The hours are no more than 32-36 hours per week, no overnights. with an excellent benefits package. Veterinary experience is required. There is opportunity to utilize your veterinary technical skills for the right individual.

Qualifications:

High school Diploma

Veterinary Experience preferred (either Customer service, Veterinary Nurse or management)

Job requirements:
Strong Customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word and ability to learn a veterinary management software solution.

Client communication skills and attention to detail are critical.

A positive attitude with a willingness to learn are imperative.

Stong leadership skills.

Prefer medical (specifically veterinary) experience but will train as needed.
