WHO WE ARE
Cross Keys Animal Hospital is a multi-doctor, privately owned small animal practice located in Williamstown. A staple in the community since 2001, we strive to provide quality medicine with excellent Customer Service. Our services include wellness, sick visits, dentistry and surgery. We primarily offer care for dogs and cats but also provide care for small pocket pets including guinea pigs, rabbits, and ferrets.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build relationships with our clients and their pets
- Handle electronic medical records, pet insurance, and record requests.
- Provide support to our clients in person, via phone, and via email/text
- Maintaining our retail area, lobby, and outside areas
- Educate clients about our services and offerings
- Manage our daily appointment schedule and ensure we have all client and patient information correct
- Work with our medical team to provide superior Customer Service
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years veterinarian hospital experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Critical thinking and exceptional resolution/ problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail oriented, punctual, and reliable
- Positive and professional demeanor

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
