We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. This position requires excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer care.
```Responsibilities```
- Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assisting clients with scheduling appointments, processing rx refill requests and functioning as a liason between clients and veterinarian
- Maintaining customer records and updating information as needed
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Knowledge of veterinary practices, laboratory procedures, animal husbandry, small animal handling and phone triage for critical cases
-Ability to read animal body language
- General cleaning and sanitizing

We are a very small, dynamic, efficient clinic and all team members have a hands on experience in the care of our patients and clients.
