Qualified candidates will love animals and people and have outstanding customer service skills. Must be prepared to join a winning team of veterinarians, receptionists, technicians, and assistants who are dedicated to providing our clients with the very best level of care for their pets.
Veterinary Assistants divide their time between patient care, restraining animals in a calm, caring, and safe manner, dispensing medications, assisting doctors with treatments, client education, answering phones, following up on appointments, and entering data into computerized medical records, among other tasks.
Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, a friendly and upbeat attitude, and be detail-oriented and ready to learn.
This position has 4 - 10 hour shifts per week with a rotating Saturday schedule.
Tuition reimbursement for technician school is available for the right candidate.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
