Job Description

Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Venture Fund Clerk in our New York office on a hybrid schedule. 

Job Requirements

Applicants must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, as well as proficient computer skills. This position also requires good judgment, initiative, flexibility and team work. The Venture Fund Clerk’s responsibilities will include maintaining fund formation checklists, tracking investor responses, filing Certificates of Formation/Limited Partnership for general partner, main fund, side fund(s) and management company, distributing closing documents to limited partners and preparing closing volumes. 

Educational Requirements

• BS/BA degree.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Status

• Full Time, Non-Exempt.

The anticipated starting salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, dependent upon qualifications and experience.
