Job Responsibilities:
- Participates in plant health check system and creates action plans in response to gaps.
- Assist in the creation, execution, and sustainability of plant training programs.
- Support the leadership capability program and teach its principles.
- Manage and facilitate plant mentorship program.
- Create and support service and recognition programs to elevate the employee experience (Years of Service, birthdays, employment milestones, qualifications)
- Provide support and ensure communication from employee to management is open and effective.
- Establish timely and effective communication with management to keep them aware of important information, as well as to receive information and insights from them.
- Support implementation of programs to improve any identified deficiencies within the top losses assigned by the Pillar leader and provide feedback.
- Assumes other duties and responsibilities as determined necessary and/or assigned by manager.
