What to Expect What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
As a Vehicle Readiness Specialist at Tesla, your role is vital in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience. You'll be responsible for preparing vehicles for customer delivery and collaborating with your team to identify opportunities for ongoing improvement in our Vehicle Readiness processes. Your key tasks include the thorough preparation of customer vehicles, vehicle cleaning, and the readiness of new customer delivery vehicles.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to be highly efficient, embrace challenges with enthusiasm, and take full ownership of your responsibilities. We are seeking a candidate who is energetic, highly organized, and hardworking, with a genuine passion for sustainable energy.
- Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles in compliance with company standards
- Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment
- Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies as needed
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
- Proven track record to meet and exceed goals
- Proactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationships
- Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds
- Must have a valid driver’s license in country of employment
Compensation and Benefits
Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire:
$17.68 - $38.64/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
