This is how you will grow:

The PDI Technician is responsible for performing Pre Delivery Inspection according to work instructions provided.

• Torque Specifications met
• Full Vehicle Inspection
• Fluid levels checked
• Tire pressure level checked
• Removal of transportation mode
• Road Test
• Removal of interior and exterior body protect
• Final wash

Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of automotive experience
• Volkswagen/Audi repair experience preferred
• Volkswagen/Audi dealership experience preferred
• Fact-based decision making skills
• OEM Automotive Industry Tool & Equipment knowledge
• Leadership and team building skills
• Knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001
• Driver license and ability to drive manual (stick-shift)
• Knowledge of PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
• Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic
• Communication skills – interpersonal, presentation and written
• Integration – joining people, processes or systems
• Problem solving
• Resource management
• Experience with and/or working understanding of international cooperation and cultural differences
• Highly motivated self-starter with a high bias for action
