The ideal candidate will have sales experience as well as those from customer-focused backgrounds in hospitality, retail, and business to business sales. Bartenders, Restaurant Servers, Hotel Service, "Big Ticket Retail," Cell Phone Sales and Inside/Outside Sales Reps are all encouraged to apply!

The expected pay range for this position is ($14.13 to $27.13) (Hourly/Salary).
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. What will I be doing?
- Utilize scheduling software to identify customers and dig deeper into database to determine equity levels.
- Work closely with the Service & Sales Departments to obtain Vehicle Exchange options for our customers.
- Contact customers, provide information, and schedule appointments to review details and options.
- Document research and communication with customers in CRM.
- Greet customers in Service Drive and waiting area and engage in friendly conversation to obtain information about their vehicle.
- Utilize hang tags, email, phone follow up and direct mail to stay connected to customer post service visit.
- Follow up with customers and develop a pipeline of prospects.
Who are we looking for?

- Previous work experience in a customer experience environment
- Sales experience
- Automotive dealership experience not required, but a plus!
