As a leading provider of Digital Engineering Solutions for the built environment, we specialize in delivering exceptional value through our innovative New Build solutions, providing a unified platform to compile and manage project data seamlessly. Reporting to the Senior Digital Project Manager and/or the Regional Delivery Lead your day-to-day responsibilities will include working alongside the project team, and your success will hinge on your organizational prowess, adaptability, and a strong background in active Digital Project implementation and Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review the client's existing Digital Strategy and Governance documentation to ensure compatibility with the broader Digital Delivery and Digital Twin initiative.
- Attend and chair BIM-related Project Team Meetings with the client's team and other stakeholders to establish project governance, requirements, schedules, and more.
- Review BIM models and deliverables submitted by consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Automation, Data Analytics, Product, Engagements and Accounts, to ensure the successful delivery of Digital Engineering solutions.
- Actively manage relationships with external sub-contractor teams to ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of program deliverables.
Skills & Experience:
- Tertiary Degree (Bachelor level or higher) in Engineering, Built Environment or Architecture.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in AEC project delivery as a BIM Lead/Manager or in IT/Software as a Service (SaaS) platform implementation or Consulting Management.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in managing a team of at least 3 people.
- Proven experience in instituting BIM Company Deployment Plans and implementing Project BIM Execution Plans for large-scale multi-disciplinary projects.
- Demonstrated experience in Aviation or with Airline operations.
- The ability to lead, manage, motivate, and support a team of Modelers, Coordinators, and other Digital Project Managers.
- Hands-on experience with BIM Tools and establishing necessary processes, procedures, and frameworks for BIM projects.
- Familiarity with various engineering disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.
