We have a full-time hybrid position open in the Greater Los Angeles area. The starting pay is $87,360 annualized for the minimum qualifications.

POSITION
The position will focus on the qualification of pharmaceutical production facilities, processes, and equipment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, CBE, or BE
- Demonstrated academic excellence (honors or equivalent)
- Engineering internship or equivalent engineering experience
- Willingness to relocate to the Los Angeles area (relocation assistance provided)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a CGMP environment in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Customer service experience
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST
- Manage and organize own tasks to meet deadlines across multiple projects with dynamic schedules
- Thrive in an environment requiring a highly procedural, regulated, and documented workflow
- Learn and use complex spreadsheets, databases, and quality management systems
- Query and verify data using critical attention to detail
- Identify procedural gaps across many disparate source documents
- Write technical documents requiring complex grammar and formatting

INSURANCE
Medical: We offer a nationwide Anthem BCBS PPO medical plan. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.
Vision and Dental: We offer nationwide Ameritas plans for vision and dental. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of the premiums for full-time employees, their spouse/domestic partner, and eligible dependents.
Life and Disability: Full-time employees are covered by our Mutual of Omaha Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability plans. The DiLisi Group pays 100% of these premiums.
PAID TIME OFF
Paid Time Off (PTO): Full-time employees may accrue up to 15 days (120 hours) of PTO per year. In addition, all employees receive a lump sum of 3 days (24 hours) of PTO each year.
Paid Holidays: All employees receive 8 paid holidays per year.
RETIREMENT
Retirement Plan: All employees may participate in our Fidelity SIMPLE plan, a tax-deferred retirement plan. The DiLisi Group will match employee contributions up to 3% of gross wages.
