Education & Experience

• Five (5) or more years of user experience research experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required, preferably in a related field relevant to Human Computer Interaction, or Information design.

Key Qualifications

• Excellent planning and organizational skills. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Strong UX research technique skills within Qualitative, Quantitative, Foundational and Evaluate Research. 
• Strong usability testing skills including scripted and free form. 
• Skilled in foundational and evaluative research and able to contextualize industry standard methodologies to project research needs.
