- The User Experience team seeks a UX Researcher to collaborate with product teams to ensure that users are considered in both the design and continuous improvement of Apple's enterprise products and emerging technologies.
- This person will uncover insights into what users currently experience, and their needs.
- This person will guide product teams in applying the most effective approach for achieving research goals and will help them work together to arrive at actionable user insights.
- Mid-level researcher (3-5 years conducting UX research)
- Proven track record planning and conducting research in collaboration with product teams.
- Experience in qualitative research methods (e.g., in-depth interviews, heuristic evaluations, lab & remote usability testing)
- Some experience with quantitative research methodologies (e.g., surveys)
- Understanding of concepts in artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Experience in enterprise applications is a plus.
- Degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, or Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience
- Creating research materials including screeners, guides, and scripts
- Facilitating research sessions and analyzing/synthesizing study data, involving product partners
