Utility PMD Day 7 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Perform assembly operations of products manufactured in the Plastic Molding Department (PMD). Understands and performs daily job duties in a manner which supports the Company / Department SAFETY – QUALITY – PRODUCTION goals and objectives.

• Operation of the riveting machine
• Trimming of products
• Visual inspection of plastic products
• Packing of product
• Communicating issues with supervision and technical personnel
• Operating auxiliary equipment needed to produce finished goods and work in process (WIP)
  • Staplers
  • Carton Sealing machinery
• Any assignment as directed per management within the scope of personal capabilities

• Housekeeping
• Ability to perform all Packer level assignments
• Quality control inspections per customer or Mayzon specifications
• Participate in department meetings

• Demonstrated ability to write legibly, to maintain records, and to give and follow oral and written instructions.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.
• Lifting of up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Able to stand for duration of shift.

• Works according to priorities set by the Production Manager

• Complies with the regulations and guidelines of conduct in place at Mayzon;
• Meets the requirements of safety, hygiene and quality of Mayzon;
