Utility Field Technician / Laborer (Gas Leak Survey)

What You Will Do:
We will train you to be a qualified Gas Leak Survey Technician. Gas Leak Survey Technicians are a specific type of surveyor that inspects gas lines and pipes to determine the origin and severity of a Gas Leak. As a Gas Leak Survey Technician, you will be detecting, locating, and evaluating Gas Leaks and reporting leaks to the gas company.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7 am-4 pm & Occasional weekends
Responsibilities include:
- Manage daily assigned tasks for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Accurately detect and classify Gas Leaks
- Follow all safety rules, organizational policies, and procedures
- Interact with the public, client's customers, and client's personnel professionally, respectfully, and cordially
Work Requirements:
- Must have a valid, unexpired Driver's License
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather & be able to walk 3+ miles per day
- Personal vehicle may be used for this position (Current mileage rates will be paid out) OR a company vehicle will be assigned

$18 - $18 an hour
Starting wage is $18 per hour with .50 cent raises after 60 days and again after 180 days.
