Utility Billing Clerk

The City of Findlay is seeking a Clerk for their Utility Billing Department to perform a combination of customer service and other clerical duties. The right person for the job will be detailed oriented, like teamwork, possess excellent money handling and change making skills, and above all have excellent customer service skills. Other helpful skills include a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, a willingness to learn, and patience. A High School Diploma/GED is required.

Two years experience working in a billing or collection department is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
