The purpose of this position is to assist the Project Manager in day to day operations for the various municipalites in our water and wastewater system projects. This is accomplished by supervising, training, and overseeing staff and inspecting work sites, compiling data for the project manager such as labor hours, crew size, crew schedule. Other duties include responding to after-hour emergencies. Making sure project is kept on budget and on timeline.
New hires are required to provide proof of identity and legal authority to work in the United States per Federal law..
Qualifications
- Over 3 years of related experience required
- Driver License with a clean driving record.
- Construction management: YES
- Able to read blueprints: YES
- Construction estimating: PREFERRED
-Manage: YES
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
