Usps Mail Carrier

Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize mail for delivery
- Load and unload mail onto delivery vehicles
- Drive assigned route to deliver mail to designated addresses
- Collect outgoing mail from collection boxes and post offices
- Obtain signatures for registered, certified, and insured mail
- Ensure mail is delivered accurately and on time
- Follow safety procedures while operating delivery vehicles

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Experience driving box trucks, tractor-trailers, or other large vehicles preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in delivering mail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.93 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
