Epsilon Worker
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleans and prepares surfaces for painting, using air-powered sandblasting equipment.
• Applies paper and masking tape to protect unpainted surfaces, such as windows and trim.
• Verifies and uses the proper paint as directed and according to specifications.
• Assists, as directed, in stirring paint, pouring paint into spray container, and applying primer or finish coat of paint, using spray gun.
• Disassembles paint and sandblasting equipment and cleans equipment and nozzles.
• Assist in a variety of areas throughout the plant as directed by the Plant Manager
• Is willing to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks as directed.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Possess a suitable combination of education and experience to meet the requirements of this position
• Must have mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to operate an industrial powered fork truck
• Must be able to work with various hand tools
• Able to work independently or as a team player
• Able to take direction and communicate with others
• Have excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented

• Employ a friendly, outgoing personality, respectful of co-workers and ability to work with individuals to carry out goals of the organization

• Perform work standing up in work cell for 8-10 hours per day and up to 6 days a week.
• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk ; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move material during the course of performing his/her job
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
