US Regulatory Affairs Manager

If so, Ornua is actively seeking a US Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our Global Trade and Regulatory Compliance team and lead Regulatory Affairs, including monitoring and dissemination of key regulatory, and related issues, across Ornua's US businesses. This role will report to the Director of Corporate Affairs based in Dublin and strategically partner with the Senior Leadership teams in Ornua Foods North America and Ornua Ingredients North America.

Why This Role Is Valuable:
The US Regulatory Affairs Manager will manage Ornua North America's Regulatory Affairs at both federal and state level and represent the business at trade associations and national fora to further the interests and knowledge base of Ornua and support Senior Leadership teams in managing external stakeholder relations in related areas. They will work closely with Ornua's Group Trade and Regulatory Compliance team and with the Ornua North America Foods and Ingredients Senior Leadership teams to formulate appropriate positions and agree representative strategies. The key focus areas are Food Law, Labelling, Packaging, and ESG/Sustainability programs and schemes.
What You Bring To The Role:

• Regulatory or Legal qualification or experience
• Business acumen and experience of working in or understanding of food/dairy industry
• US national perspective and political awareness
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
