- Coordinate delivery for new patients to provide training and assess their needs.
- Assist patients over the phone, answering questions and providing guidance on product usage.
- Collaborate with the Territory Manager to coordinate services efficiently.
Administrative Duties:
- Review prescriptions and chart notes from Urologists to ensure accurate supply orders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and supply orders.
- Handle clerical tasks related to at-home work.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer support to patients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
- Communicate with Urology offices to facilitate smooth service coordination.
Weekly On-Call Rotation:
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation, providing support to patients as needed during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree (Required).
- 5 years of experience with EMR systems (Required).
- 5 years of experience in recording vital signs (Required).
