Business Executive Private Driver

Company is seeking a reliable full time professional driver to transport a small team of company executives on road trips between various markets and around the DFW area. Executives are DFW based, but travel frequently to areas in East and West Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas for site visits and meetings. Vehicles used for transportation are company owned and insured. Opening is for a full time employee, not a part time employee or contractor.

Pay and Benefits

• Full time salary position, paid bi-weekly through direct deposit; minimum guaranteed 35 hours per week when executives are not traveling, more hours plus overtime as required when traveling.

Job Duties and Expectations

• Must be able to perform regular out-of-town travel with overnight stays for up to a week at a time
• Travel is mandatory for the position, all hotel and meal expenses are paid for by the company
• Hours and days of travel will vary greatly but most travel will occur on weekdays, with minimal weekend duties
• Travel will usually be scheduled at least a week in advance, but will sometimes be needed with short notice
• Shift length is determined by travel needs and agenda for the week. Often times, executives will make several stops at different sites throughout the day for meetings and inspections
• Must be able to handle, schedule, and oversee all vehicle preparation and maintenance (at company's expense) for travel and maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the vehicle at all times

Qualifications

• Must have a Valid Texas Driver's License
• Pass pre-employment and periodic background check
• Pass pre-employment drug test, as well as any random drug / alcohol screening
• Have a clean drivers record with no moving violations / at fault accidents in the last 5 years.
• Must execute a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement
• Fluent in English
• Non-smoking
• Ability to read and understand GPS mapping
• Familiarity with electronic devices such as smartphones and tablets
• Able to make sound and quick decisions
• Punctual, demonstrating dependable attendance patterns
• Arrive well rested and alert when reporting for duty
• Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance
• Must be able to sit for long periods while operating a vehicle
• Must be able to enter and exit the vehicle to help executives with their luggage
• Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 50 pounds
• Dress for the position is business casual

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
